Computes the base-2 logarithm of a matrix.
Syntax
R = log2(x)
[F,E] = log2(x)
Inputs

- Any valid scalar | vector | matrix
Outputs
- R
- Resulting scalar | vector | matrix. A resulting matrix has the same dimensions as x.

- X = F.*2.^E
